Buffalo Chicken Dip
6 Chicken Breasts
2 Cream cheese bars
3/4 cup texas pete (adjust to taste)
2 cups mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups ranch dressing (make your own with hidden valley packet)
Cook Chicken and shred into pieces (can use stand mixer for this).
Soften cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Add hot sauce and rance and only 1 1/2 cups of cheese and mix well.
Add chicken and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake @ 350F for 45 min to 1 hour, until bubbly and slightly browned on edges.
